The Group's "Trades Academy" (IDM) training centre, located in Mulhouse, France, welcomes almost 1,000 employees every year. They follow training designed to consolidate and develop their skills, knowledge of specific markets or safety and security. A teaching platform measuring more than 1,000 m2 is available for the instructors and trainees. The academy can also rely on regional entities to deliver specialised training programmes to the group's personnel.
