Sandwich course programmes

Throughout the year, Clemessy recruit young graduates with various profiles, ranging from high school graduates to engineers, in the electrical, maintenance, automation and mechanical trades.

An intern policy dedicated to sandwich courses

Clemessy conduct a sustained sandwich course policy over the year. Each year, this programme concerns almost 200 youngsters aged 16 to 26 from all levels, from high-school diplomas to engineering degrees. It allows these youngsters to obtain qualifications along with work experience in one of the numerous trades, either with an apprenticeship or a professional training contract. Thus, in 2011, 90 % of our sandwich course participants passed their exam and among them, over 60% were recruited.

End-of-study placements are also a real opportunity for the sandwich course participants to obtain employment by joining our company.

What our sandwich course participants think :

With the continuous improvement of the sandwich course process in mind, a survey was carried out within Clemessy among the major players involved, i.e. the apprentices and the apprenticeship managers.

The objective was to be able to put in place corrective actions if need be. The results of this survey make it possible to measure the numerous positive points and to implement improvements.
