New monitoring & control system for Cargill

As part of the upgrading of its Yopougon cocoa processing plant from in Abidjan in the Ivory Coast, Cargill has awarded Clemessy the contract to replace the existing monitoring & control system.

The work involved includes supplying the PLC equipment, creating a functional analysis of the existing process, programming, handing over the platform, training Cargill’s operators and technicians, on-site installation and transferring the monitoring & control to the new system, over the total plant shutdown period of 6 days.

This challenge for the Clemessy teams, experts in the cocoa process and in the industrial projects abroad, will be carried out over an overall period of 10 months.
