    The challenge :

    Designing and implementing all the safety systems while allowing for the following constraints :

    • a very short completion time allowing our customer to meet the deadline for the overall programme
    • a system with the required level of reliability involving a triple failure
    • toxic gas detection performances making it possible to protect human life

    Worth noting :

    • The deadlines for this contract classified as «critical path » required the implementation of exceptional means to deliver all the systems in 9 months, including training
    • The systems implemented are: N204/N2H4 gas detection, breathing air control, oxygen rate control, technical alarms control, fire detection, safety PA system, control of the toxic effluent alarms, supervision of the whole facility in FS/FS mode (reliability), secure power supplies, lightning protection
